Purification Workshop
Our core production takes place inside a certified Class 100,000 (ISO 8) purification workshop -- a controlled environment that strictly limits airborne particles, microbial contamination, and cross-contact risks.
This level of environmental control is essential for cosmetic-grade nonwoven products that come into direct contact with skin. It ensures every mask sheet and toner pad leaving our facility meets the hygiene standards demanded by global beauty brands.

Spunlace Production Lines
High-speed hydroentanglement lines for producing dry spunlace nonwoven fabric in a range of weights and fiber compositions -- the foundation of all our mask substrates.
Die-Cutting & Forming
Precision die-cutting equipment for mask sheet shapes, toner pad rounds, and custom contours. Tight tolerances ensure consistent sizing across large production runs.
Automated Folding & Packing
Automated folding machines handle multi-fold mask sheet configurations. Downstream packing lines integrate with sachet sealing and zipper bag filling for efficient throughput.
QC Testing Laboratory
In-house lab equipped for tensile strength, basis weight, liquid absorption, and softness testing -- enabling real-time quality verification without relying on third-party labs.
R&D Development Lab
Dedicated R&D space for substrate development, fiber blend trials, and new product prototyping -- supporting custom OEM/ODM projects from concept through sample approval.
Warehousing & Logistics
